A 20% service fee/gratuity is required on the total for all services.
Travel Fees
Travel fees do not apply to all clients. They are assessed based on distance traveled by the professional and the service location. A travel fee applies for locations 15+ miles from downtown. Fees vary depending on the area and demographic served — your stylist will confirm any applicable travel charges when booking.
Booking Deposit Policy
A $50 deposit is required only when booking an artist to secure your date — no deposit is required when purchasing a service directly. For artist bookings, your appointment will not be secured until the deposit has been received and your Client Services Agreement has been signed.
Punctuality & Grace Period
Both our stylists and clients are afforded a 15-minute grace period for arrivals. We kindly ask that you allow for traffic and travel conditions when planning your appointment. Our team is committed to arriving on time and will always wait for our clients — we simply ask for the same courtesy in return.
Hotel Parking Policy
My Style Team always seeks complimentary parking for all service appointments. In the event that complimentary parking is unavailable at your venue, a parking fee ranging from $20–$40 will apply, determined by the duration of the appointment and the parking rates of the hotel location.

Behind every good woman is a great team
Women today are busier than ever, and the salon industry has yet to evolve to meet our needs. The inspiration for My Style Team came from a lifetime of frustration with salon hours.
The tipping point: the founder was in Austin on business. She had an important day of meetings and wanted to look and feel her best. Unfortunately, most salons closed by 7pm and didn't open until 10am.
It occurred to her that it would be so much easier if the stylist came to her, worked around her schedule, and if service was available on-demand. So she partnered up with an enterprising stylist, and My Style Team Austin was born.
Our stylists are professionally trained with certification from top beauty schools. All artists go through a rigorous screening process. We're on a mission to empower women, one blowout, hairstyle or makeup service at a time.

What Can I Design For You?
My Style Team was built by Paul Chambers — a web developer, software developer, and AdWords Certified specialist. When Shaun came to me with an overwhelming passion for her Austin, Texas makeup artistry business, I knew she needed more than just a beautiful website. I designed and engineered a complete digital presence for her company: a full-stack application with a deep hub-and-spoke SEO architecture, purpose-built for Google indexing across every Austin-area service and neighborhood. Every city page, every service page, and every blog post is structured to capture organic search traffic and convert visitors into clients.
